Happy Birthday Camdin

That is right Camdin is three. Crazy, wear has the time gone. I feel like it was just yesterday he was our little baby, now he is a wild and crazy three year old. I am mostly kidding about the wild and crazy part. Camdin is a timed and sweet boy that loves the outdoors, super heroes and climbing things. Today we just had a family party and had cupcakes in nursery to celebrate the big day. Next week when we go to Bear Lake and we are having the BIG party. So hear are the pics from nursery and home.
Happy Birthday Camdin we love you so much and are so happy you are with us:)

Camdin's nursery class did a great job singing and all loved their cupcakes.

Opening up presents was fun!

Zip Line

Dustin has rigged up a permanent zip line in our back yard. It is about 100 feet long. Camdin started out being very scared of it but now asks to go on it all the time. Some of the neighbor kids have gone down it and I think we are the biggest hit of the culldasac:)

I love his face happy yet scared.

More Four Wheeling

We had more fun up at Evan's Creek again last weekend. The boys jump at any chance to go four wheeling. Colton is quite the little dare devil. He just sits there and makes four wheeler noses and bounces the whole ride. Camdin is trying his hardest to talk us in to getting his own four wheeler (not going to happen.) We took a different trail to the top this time and it was a lot harder I am not sure if I want to do it again with the kids but it was fun.

I am amazed at how well my boys get along. I can tell that they truly love each other.

Evan's Creek has amazing views.
Ignore all the dirt on his face:)

Four Wheeling Adventure

So while I was gone Dustin found "the deal of a lifetime on the perfect four wheeler." So since I was unable to find any flaws with his four wheeler I gave him the OK. We now have two Yamaha Grizzly 700's. Having a second makes our family rides in the mountains so much more comfortable:) Yes the last couple times we went four wheeling we were stuffing all four of us on one machine. We got some smiles and funny looks as we rode past all of the serious dirt bikers. So all of that is in the past Camdin now rides with me and Colton with Dustin. It was so much fun. We rode up in Evans Creek to the top of a mountain. There were some great trails that were so much fun. We saw deer went on a walk around the top and even had a mini family photo shoot. It was a great Friday afternoon (I love that Dustin gets Fridays off.)

Camdin and Colton had so much fun.

Taking a short brake halfway up.

Just a quick side note about Dustin's crazy mad welding skills. While I was gone he finished making our ATV sled bed for the truck. He still needs to paint it but it turned out awesome. Thanks honey you are so handy!

Home At Last

Late Tuesday night the boys and I flew back home. It was a great vacation but I could not wait to be back in my house and in my own bed. Tuesday was a terribly long day we had a 4 hour layover in Boise that turned into a 5 hour layover. I am very happy that is was Boise because they do have a very family friendly airport and there were many other kids around that Camdin became friends with. Not only was Tuesday a long day but Monday was longer we drove from Madison WI, to Chicago (3 hours) flew from Chicago to Salt Lake (3 hours) and finally drove from Salt Lake to Idaho Falls (3 hours). My boys were great. Thank goodness for portable DVD players!
Our trip was great. I got to see family that I hadn't seen in over 9 year. In Wisconsin we stayed the majority of our time in Door County at a condo on the beach of Lake Michigan. Our condo was huge all in all there were 9 bed rooms 8 bathrooms and 3 kitchens. It was nice because it was big enough so everyone could be together all at once and spacious enough that when you went to your room it was quite for kids and naps.
The biggest bummer of the trip was I left my camera in Salt Lake so I have no pics of my very own. So everyone that was there send me pics if you got them:)

This is our small portion of the reunion. Total there were 38 people.

Playing in the sand. The water was freezing! Seriously it was 45'F.

All the kids lined up for the pinata!

Colton taking is turn and making a dent:)

There was so much good food. Thanks everyone!

The boys missed Dustin so much. We were so happy he made it to WI.

Cherry picking.
